The aim is to make quicklime digested fully, generating Ca (OH) 2, with fly ash and other raw materials together to filish hydration reaction, for enhancing the plasticity of material mixing, Molding body improve performance, to prevent the steam curing process of digestion causeing lime volume expansion.

Continuous Digestion Warehouse plays an important role in various steam - cured products.

Directly related to whether prepared mixture will digest normlly and continuously,directly to quality ,output and rate of finished product.

This equipment has a large capacity ,with upper feeding and lower discharging continuous digestion.

We has disigned a unique device to coplete digestion at -20 °C within 2.5-3hours.

This device is ideal matching equipment for steam-cured fly ash brick factory and sand lime brick factory.
