Detailed Product Description
Working Procedure
30 minutes after slurry pounded into moulds the blanks are stiff enough to be cut, the blanks are demoulded and positioned on the cutting line.
In the cutting line, the blanks are profiled first, then cut vertically and horizontally.
Then the cutting procedure is finished. This procedure needs 4 minutes .
The blank with mould then be moved down from the cutting line to receive their final strength after 24 hours.
